Vice President for Internal Affairs
Born in 1959 and still living in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has studied human geography and regional planning at the Free University in Amsterdam (1977-1986, drs.-degree). He has started his career as a market researcher in the field of office and shopping centre development at Kolpron Consultants in Rotterdam.
In the year 1990 he moved to Berlin to become the managing director of the Kolpron Stadtentwicklung- und Immobilienforschungsgesellschaft (real estate consultants). His office grew to 7 academic researchers and he advised private developers, investors and banks, but also the city government of Berlin and cities in Brandenburg on many important issues, like residential projects, shopping streets and demographic developments.
Since 1995, he has worked for the largest Dutch residential developer Bouwfonds, a housing company at that time owned by the Dutch municipalities. Han has been a member of Scupad since 1990.
